Welcome to Vid.tv. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Vid.tv is operated by Domain Magic, Inc., a Florida Profit Corporation (Document No. P18000008335, EIN 82-4289537), Delray Beach, FL 33483, United States.

1. Service Description

Vid.tv provides tools for creating AI music videos, lyric videos, storyboard scenes, image generations, video clips, and related visual production assets from user-provided songs, prompts, lyrics, and images.

2. User Content And Rights

You are responsible for the content you upload, import, generate, publish, or share. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use any audio, lyrics, images, prompts, names, likenesses, or other materials submitted to the platform.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content and generated outputs, subject to rights held by third-party music services, artists, labels, performers, or model/tool providers.

3. AI Generated Outputs

AI output quality may vary. Generated visuals, lyrics timing, prompts, scene descriptions, and videos may require review, editing, or regeneration. Vid.tv does not guarantee any specific creative, commercial, ranking, or monetization result.

4. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services for authentication, payment processing, storage, AI transcription, image generation, video generation, and music imports. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not use the platform for illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, payment, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not misrepresent generated content as endorsed by a real person, artist, or brand without permission.
• Do not generate sexual, intimate, harassing, or defamatory depictions of real, identifiable people without their verifiable consent (no non-consensual deepfakes).
• Do not generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, or any content that sexualizes individuals under 18. Violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Do not generate content intended to deceive viewers about real-world events, elections, public-safety information, or medical/financial advice in a way that could cause harm.
• Do not generate hateful, violent, or harassing content targeting protected classes, or content that incites or facilitates real-world violence.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, And Credits

Paid features, memberships, subscriptions, and credit packs cover creative and technical production services, including generation, rendering, hosting, storage, and workflow tools. Prices, plan limits, and included credits are shown before checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Vid.tv does not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers. By purchasing a paid feature, subscription, or credit pack, you authorize Stripe and Vid.tv to process the transaction and related billing records.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. You can manage or cancel billing from your account billing controls when available, or by contacting billing@vid.tv. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but access may remain available until the end of the paid billing period.

7. Refunds And Cancellations

Because credits and AI generation services may involve immediate compute, rendering, storage, and third-party processing costs, completed generations and consumed credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing support with your account email, charge date, and a description of the issue.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may reduce or remove related credits, membership access, or generated-output availability. See our Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Copyright And DMCA Takedown

Vid.tv respects intellectual property rights. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed for any music, lyrics, recordings, samples, beats, images, names, likenesses, prompts, and other materials you upload, import, generate, publish, or monetize.

Music may involve separate rights in the sound recording, musical composition, lyrics, samples, performances, artwork, publicity rights, and synchronization of music with video. Using Vid.tv does not grant music licenses or clear third-party rights.

We may use automated checks, metadata review, manual review, user reports, provider signals, and DMCA notices to detect or respond to potentially infringing content. Detection is not guaranteed, and passing a scan does not mean content is legally cleared. We may remove, disable, restrict, hide, block export, block publication, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or preserve relevant records when appropriate.

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@vid.tv with subject line "DMCA Takedown" including: (a) your contact information, (b) identification of the copyrighted work, (c) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing content, (d) a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices, remove or disable infringing content where appropriate, and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same address. Additional details are available in our Copyright / DMCA Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Vid.tv is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, generation errors, third-party services, user misuse, or content rights disputes.
